Terms Motorcycle Distribution BV
- All prices stated on pricelist are exclusive VAT/TAX
- All prices on used bikes are prices that "tax already has been paid for by previous owner" or it must be stated differently.
- All prices stated on pricelist are ex works Rogat.
- Motorcycle Distribution is not resposable for damages after motorcycle(s) has been handed over to transport company or customer.
- Motorcycles will be delivered without warranty or different must be agreed otherwise.
- Payment of invoice has to be done by bank transfer or cash payment
- Bikes remain property of Motorcycle Distribution BV until the invoice is paid in full.
- All cost that will be made by debt collector to get a invoice paid in full after delivery of goods will be for account of customer.
